What Is A One-Day Pass?
With the one-day pass, you can ride CLEW's electric bicycles all day long. You can borrow the number of bicycles you need from any of the 300 ports located throughout Kyoto City. Switching to another CLEW bicycle is also possible during the day.
How to Use
1. Purchase the One-Day Pass
Please have your phone number and email address ready, as authentication will be required.
You can also purchase the pass the day before you intend to use it.
2. Enter the Bicycle Number
On the One-Day Pass screen, enter the bicycle number.Be sure not to leave a space next to “CLW”.
Both uppercase and lowercase letters are acceptable.
3. Unlocking the Bicycle
Press the start button on the bicycle, then press the “Unlock” button on the One-Day Pass screen to unlock the bicycle and start using it.
You can use the pass until 11:59 PM on the day it is unlocked.
4.Parking and Returning the Bicycle
When temporarily parking the bicycle, always park it in a designated bicycle space and lock it.
To unlock the bicycle again, repeat the same steps as in step 3.
When returning the bicycle to a port, lock the bicycle, ensure the blue light is flashing, and then press the return button.
Please make sure to return the bicycle to a nearby port by 11:59 PM on the day of use.
